Honeymoon in Goa

Goa was once a Portuguese colony. It’s renowned for the customs and traditions and the architecture of the Indo-Portuguese. Goa beaches imitate its colourful medley of the past and is like heaven for newly weds as it has the combination of everything, romance by the beaches or indulging with your better half in some water sports or just hanging out around some flea market. Goa has so much to offer to all the people visiting there. Goa is best known for its magnificent beaches and luxurious hotels. Apart from that, there are temples, historical monuments, amazing churches and museums which are worth watching. There are some must see beaches in Goa like:

Anjuna Beach: Anjuna beach is world popular for hosting bewildered parties and the other reason is for the Hippies, trying to blend the religious civilization of the east to the west. If you want to make yourselves fully energized after all the wedding celebrations then a lazy honeymoon on the tranquil waters of the Arabian Sea will work wonders for you. It’s full of life during full moon days, when a number of parties around the beaches are being hosted, which you will enjoy.

Calangute Beach: The “queen of beaches”, Calangute, got its name because of its exclusive beauty. Back in 1970s and early 80s, Calangute beach was marked as a fisherman’s village because of the huge fishing done there. It is surrounded by palm and coconut trees, which adds more to the charm and beauty of the calangute beach.
